Psychotherapy is a brave journey of inner discovery.

Before you are whispers of meaning, agency, hope, a life that you can create for yourself that soothes your soul.

Yet, before you and in between you and your dreams, hopes, inspirations is suffering, distress, both in what you can see is before you, and in what you imagine is necessary to overcome these hurdles.

There is no escape from time, only what direction you shall move in, consistently. Even indecision has a cost.

Taking a step back and looking at the perspective of your life offers you vision to see what direction you are going, whether it can lead you to your dreams. Evaluating whether the objects you think are your hopes, are indeed true and what you estimate them to be.

With perspective, you can explore dreams, hopes, inspirations that animate you, your will to live, the will that allows you to navigate forward.

You will learn how to move forward towards your goals in effective and sustainable ways that you can do consistently on your worst days.

You will gain trust in yourself and your progress, building proof of self love, evidence that will illuminate your darkest nights.

You will learn about your mind, your nervous system, the mechanics through which your will manifests itself. You will be surprised at how powerful you really are, and how high your wings can carry you.

Psychotherapy reveals positive as well as dark. It is through the dark and painful, that your resilience is grown, your courage is strengthened.

As your therapist, I will make you these promises:

I will never push you past what you can tolerate,

I will never ask you to accept something you dont find to be true,

I will never tell you what to do in your life decisions,

If for any reason you wish to discontinue therapy, I will not shame you. I will only ask for one final session to explore the experience, potential assumptions and confusions, to help anchor you in whatever decision feels right to you.

Therapy: is a space where you can be you, the messy you, the imperfect you, the vulnerable you, the scared you, the hurt you, the perfect you. Shadow and Light is welcome.

Shadow and Light can be held within a container of safety, sovereignty, dignity.

Your therapist will guide you to develop the skills and framework to work with all the pleasurable, painful, distressing aspects of your experience. Like a mechanic of the mind, your therapist will help you see the mechanics of you, and you will learn your way towards mastery of your experience.

Your strengths will be emboldened, your toxic self talk will be melted, and replaced with a furnace of opportunity.

The heaviest depression will turn into delight, sorrow to joy, anxiety into opportunity.

Psychotherapy can be an at times intensive experience, pushing one out of their comfort zone.

Your therapist sees many clients and holds space for others experience. In order to hold space for others experience, your therapist first holds space for their own experience.

Seeing many clients increases the energy that moves through your therapists nervous system, requiring significant energy and digestion.

In order for your therapist hold space for the roller coaster of fluctuating experience for themselves and others, your therapist practices self care and personal development.

Your therapist can take care of themselves, and offers you the privilege of being your authentic and raw self, relying on their self care and systems to process all the energy, working on what comes up for them, and help you process your material.

Sandro is about 1/2 way towards the 3,000 hours required for full MFT Licensure:

In order to grow his hours more quickly,

Sandro is offering Sessions for [$100]

Which will double starting when he is fully licensed

(unless you are already a client and can receive a slower price increase over time).

Sandro is very passionate about working with [17-24] year range, passionate to help people get their lives rolling, and will offer a sliding scale to $70 per session.

BILLING

Billing is handled through IvyPay, a trustworthy easy to use app which communicates through text.
